Refund policy
RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, returns will be processed for either exchange or store credit. We are unable to issue refunds.
We will accept unworn items purchased at our Ponce flagship store or through our online store with proof of purchase (receipt or order number), in their original packaging, within 5 business days of delivery or store pickup. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
All returns must be authorized by Chebe Jewelry. To start a return, you can contact us at contact@chebejewelry.com.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Special orders, resized pieces, custom jewelry, fragrances, apothecary, soaps and candles are final sale and are not eligible for return. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
REPAIRS
If an item purchased from Chebe Jewelry incurs damage, please reach out to us, including photos and a copy of your receipt. We will then discuss with you appropriate next steps, which may include reviewing the damage and possible cause with our jeweler/designer.
Once received, we'll reach out to you with an approximate lead time and estimated cost of service if applicable.
